• Relationship Management: Build and nurture “C-suite” level relationships with developers, architects, and corporate clients to ensure a long-term project pipeline.
• End-to-End Sales Mastery: Oversee the full sales journey—from initial visionary pitch to final contract closure—ensuring a premium client experience.
• Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate with Marketing and Design teams to ensure our market positioning reflects our long-term brand goals and technical capabilities.
• Performance Analytics: Maintain rigorous reporting on leads and opportunities, using data to refine and adjust our 5-year strategic milestones.
• Industry Representation: Act as a brand ambassador at major industry events, staying ahead of construction trends and competitor movements.

Requirements & Caliber:

• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of Business Development experience specifically within the Fit-out and/or Construction sectors.
• Visionary Mindset: Proven ability to think “big picture” and translate long-term goals into actionable immediate steps.
• Sector Expertise: Deep knowledge of construction procurement, fit-out cycles, and industry-standard contracts.
